Silver Clay Jewellery
Spend a day designing and creating one or two pieces of unique silver jewellery.
Choose from a selection of items, maybe a ring, a pendant or a pair of earrings, creating each piece to your own design and specifications. Lots of samples will be available for inspiration.
You will learn how to prepare and handle your silver clay, discovering the versatility of this medium through rolling, texturing and cutting techniques.
You will be shown how to combine both clay and fireable stones, how to prepare your pieces for firing and how to professionally finish your work to a high standard. Perfect gifts for family and friends!
This workshop is suitable for complete beginners as well as though who have used silver clay before.
A light lunch, refreshments and all materials to make a piece of jewellery are included in the workshop fee.

Silver Jewellery Set
Create your own stunning handmade textured sterling silver necklace and earring set. In this workshop you will learn how to use a disc cutter to create different shaped circles from sterling silver sheet and experiment with a variety of hammers and hammering techniques to create beautiful textures to give each circle its own unique character before assembling
into your own ready to wear pieces.
This workshop is suitable for complete beginners as well as those with silversmithing experience.

Beginner Coppersmithing – Make a Scene
Copper is a wonderful metal to work with, beautiful and versatile. Come and learn some coppersmithing techniques by putting together some 2D shapes to create your very own unique 3D mixed metal sculpture.
First off you will learn how to texture, stamp and highlight the metal. Next comes the cutting, either using a saw or one of the various shape cutting tools. After some very basic soldering, letter stamping and assembling you will leave with a gorgeous sculpture which you can be proud of. We will be working with copper, brass and small amounts of silver, mounting the piece on wood.
The scene you make will be of your own design and style, and there will be lots of inspiration to help you along the way. It will be fun introduction to working with copper, and you will be surprised at what you can achieve.
This workshop is suitable for complete beginners as well as those with metal experience.

Silver Jewellery in a Day
Spend a day learning simple techniques to produce your own unique piece of silver jewellery.
Choose between a ring or pendant and learn how to create a beautiful piece of simple jewellery to take home.
During the day you will practise tool use and model-making in copper first, then spend the afternoon working on your final piece to your own design and size. There will be plenty of support and inspiration on hand to help you.
This workshop is suitable for complete beginners as well as those with silversmithing experience who want to make something lovely either for themselves or to give as a gift.
