Pat Phillpott
Before joining Westhope College, Pat studied for a pre-Diploma course at Coventry College of Art before going on to do a Diploma in Art and Design at St. Martin’s School of Art and Design in London (leaving in 1966). Pat went on to teach in Leamington Spa before enrolling on a post-Graduate year at Goldsmiths College, London where she studied under Constance Howard. Pat has also undertaken a great deal of work for City and Guilds and was their Chief Verifier for Machine Knitting. She also taught a full range of needlecrafts, embroidery, design and fashion. |
